Restaurant Xiao Fei Yang~~~

This is my 2nd time visit to Restaurant Xiao Fei Yang.

restaurant xiao fei yang...

While taking our time to pick the dishes we want, they served us with some appetizers - salted peanuts, tofu and pickles.

appetizers...

There are 3 types of sauce - chili oil, black pepper and erm... i dunno what izzit, bcoz to me, it tasted abit weird. Haha~! But... when you mix 3 of them together, it actually tasted quite nice.

sauces...

Here come the drinks... They have variety of fruit juice with 2 sizes - small & big, i mean VERY BIG~!!!

'giant' watermelon juice...

For our soup, we choosed the combination soup base - non-spicy herbal soup and extreme-spicy "ma la" soup.

Different from other steamboat, Restaurant Xiao Fei Yang served you with their most traditional soup base. For the non-spicy herbal soup base, it consists of more than 30 types of herbs and are boiled more than 12 hours using slow fire. This makes the soup super delicious...

As for the extreme-spicy soup, it consists of more than 50 types of herbs, with the additional special chili oil which has been cook for 8 hours.

These 2 unique soup base are the shop main specialities. Within 5 years, Xiao Fei Yang had opened thousands of outlet across mainland china...

After dinner, they served us with some fresh fruits as desserts.

Overall, I can say Im satisfied with everythg here - services, food and environment. Is abit expensive for certain dishes but once in awhile, u juz have to spend to enjoy de food. Gonna bring my family over for dinner 1 day.
