My Belly Dance Performance~~~

My dance school organized their mini concert in Tropicana City Mall, and my group is choosen to perform 2 belly dance on stage.

Without much say, let me present you with the 2 belly dance performed by me, my sister, my cousin and my friend.

*ahem...* Better dun laugh k... Im watching you...

Yea yea I know... The videoman (my baby) is not steady enough. But hey, if without my baby, you all have no chance to see me perform la. Plus, besides video-ing, my baby oso 'dancing' along mar... So cant blame him la. Thanks to my baby oh...

Men in Tutus Les Ballets Grandiva~~~

"Men in Tutus - Direct from sell-out performances in Japan and New York, comes the most spectacular, talented and hilarious all-male comedy ballet ever!"

I wanted to watch Men in Tutus performance when it was advertised in the magazine but... My baby say it will be very boring. To him, anything that relates to ballet usually are boring. So happen tat my sister got the chance to go watch it when the performance started in KL. Her review of the performance managed to get my baby to teman me to watch the performance.

Baby and I managed to get the cheapest tickets (RM88) for the 'Men in Tutus' performance. Yeah~!!!

The theater isnt a big theater so getting the cheapest tickets (5 rows from the back), we still can enjoy the wonderful performance.

"Men in Tutus is the ultimate send-up of both classical and contemporary ballet, combining brilliant dancing technique, tongue-in-cheek humour, dancing mishaps and, of course, hissy fits by men playing both male and female roles!"

No photograph are to be taken during the show. Even we are allowed to take photos, I dun think we have the heart to do it because I just cant take my eyes of the dancers.

Throughout the shows, we can laugh, we can clap wif the music... The more response the audiences giv to them, the more funny tricks they will perform to us.

After the show, few of the dancers will come out for phtography session. Yeah~! I was so lucky... I get to take photograph wif them and 1 of the dancer even shake my hand. Wow~!

Im really impressed with the dancers and their performances. Their make-up, their movements, the ways they 'click' with the audiences, they can even dance on point. Wow~! Fantastic~!!!

Wish they will come back and perform again in the future...

Restaurant Room Eighteen~~~

Baby's brother came back from Perth for holiday. So all of us together wif his mum and friends went to the new Restaurant Room Eighteen in Tropicana City Mall to have dinner.

Restaurant Room Eighteen is another restaurant by the Tai Thong Groups, offering Chinese cuisine prepared by skilful Hong Kong and Guangzhou chefs.

I find the environment here is quite good. Mayb bcoz is still newly open. We ordered 6 dishes and each have their own bowl of soup.

There's not many dishes in the menu. Most of those listed are for ala carte. So there arent many choices for us.

When we ordered chinese tea, they dun serve in a pot here. They come in a glass with the types of tea we choose. Abit weird rite?

There are 8 of us and we were quite 'shocked' when all the dishes came out. The portion of all the food are so small. The fish, the veges... All oso small. I think if only me and baby, we can finish all the dishes ourselves.

This suppose to be my favourite soup. But sad to say... This soup tasted quite terrible. Is not sour but sweet and is too spicy. Is like drinking diluted Thai Chili sauce.

This soup tasted not too bad. But... I feel quite thirsty after dinner. I guess... ajinomoto which makes the soup so tasty.

The bill came out to be... erm... VERY EXPENSIVE for that few small portion of dishes.

Well, I have a bad impression with this restaurant now. Hopefully there are changes in the future to make me change my mind. If not, I dun think I'll try the food there anymore.
